Benny Haryanto Djie, a 65-year-old Indonesian citizen, was appointed as President Commissioner based on the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 29 April 2026.
He has extensive career experience of more than 30 years in banking and capital markets.
In the banking world, his career began at PT Bank Danamon Tbk (1989-1980) and continued at Standard Chartered Bank and Deutsche Bank AG, Jakarta branch (1991-1994).
His experience in the capital market began as Commissioner of PT Lippo Securities Tbk (1997-1998), President Director of the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (1998-2006), then as President Director of PT Ciptadana Capital (2006-2011).
He also served as President Commissioner of PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk (2014-2020), Commissioner of PT Multipolar Tbk (2014-2020) and PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (2016-2018, Advisor for PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (2021-31 July 2024) and as President Director of PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (25 May 2023 – 25 November 2024).
Currently, he serves as Director of PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (since 26 November 2024) and Listed Commissioner Chairman of PT Multipolar Tbk (since 13 May 2024).
Benny Haryanto Djie earned a Master of Business Administration from Washburn University, Kansas, United States (1989), and Bachelor of Economics from Brandon University, Brandon, Canada (1985).
