The Corporate Secretary serves as the Company’s governance cornerstone, ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting the Board of Directors in managing business operations with transparency and integrity. Operating under Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014, this role acts as a crucial link between the Board of Directors, senior management, and shareholders.

Based on Board of Directors Decree No. 005/DIR-MLPT/VI/2025 dated 30 June 2025, the Company appointed Natalie Lie as Corporate Secretary.

In brief, duties and responsibilities of Corporate Secretary are as follows:

  1. Monitor and analyse developments in the Capital Market, particularly regarding prevailing laws and regulations in the Capital Market sector.
  2. Ensure Company compliance by providing input and guidance to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners regarding Capital Market provisions and regulations.
  3. Assist the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in implementing and maintaining good corporate governance practices.
  4. Act as the liaison officer between the Company and various stakeholders, including shareholders, regulators and other relevant parties.
