The Company appointed Corporate Secretary reports directly to the Board of Directors. Tasked to enforce GCG through transparency and strict compliance with prevailing regulations, the Corporate Secretary handles four vital roles: Liaison Officer, Compliance Officer, Performance Manager and Administrator for Documents and Meetings.
