Internship Human Resource

Scope of Work : 

  • Assist in candidate sourcing, job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and administrative tasks.
  • Support the team in managing development programs, including competency building, training, and learning effectiveness evaluation.
  • Contribute to performance management by assisting with KPI data collection and appraisal administration.
  • Assist the team in updating organizational structure, job descriptions, and supporting job promotion analysis.

Requirements: 

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong two-way communication skills; active and proactive.
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Internship period of 3 months.
  • Placement in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang (full WFO).
