Scope of Work :
- Assist in candidate sourcing, job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Support the team in managing development programs, including competency building, training, and learning effectiveness evaluation.
- Contribute to performance management by assisting with KPI data collection and appraisal administration.
- Assist the team in updating organizational structure, job descriptions, and supporting job promotion analysis.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong two-way communication skills; active and proactive.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Internship period of 3 months.
- Placement in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang (full WFO).
