BPD Forum “Raise Customer Loyalty through Banking-as-a-Service Platform”

After 2 years of being postponed, Multipolar Technology made its comeback of the annual BPD Forum together with ASBANDA.

Hosted at The Apurva Kempinski Bali on the 16th-18th February 2022, BPD Forum’s “Raise Customer Loyalty through Banking-as-a-Service Platform” aims to support the digital transformation journey, especially for BPDs throughout Indonesia.

The Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform offers a new way for banking by integrating financial services in a digital direction. Also, as a drive of the regional economy, it was hoped that from implementing a digital platform, it could increase competitiveness and create a better customer experience.

The 2022 BPD Forum was filled by several speakers who could help improve the implementation of digital platforms in regional banking and OJK was also present to thoroughly explore the importance of security factors and customer loyalty in electronic transactions. This event focuses on two panels, namely Automation & Security and Scalability & Reliability.
