Along with the development of social media in Indonesia in recent years, without us realizing it, so many netizen posts in social media can be utilized by businesses in measuring the existence of a product / service. Certainly it is not an easy task for companies to capture or read content spread throughout cyberspace, such as how public opinion is formed on the company’s products and whether it is a positive or negative sentiment. Moreover, how companies can quickly process these structured and unstructured data into useful data, which can be used as a basis for strategic decision making to increase customer satisfaction.
In response to that, MLPT and HPE organized a seminar with the title, “Are You Ready for The Power of Artificial Intelligence?”, which discusses the role of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions in ‘capturing’ content spread throughout cyberspace.
The seminar held at Fairmont Hotel Jakarta, on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, put forward two main solutions, namely:
- VisionAnalytics Cognitive Module: this solution is based on Artificial Intelligence that is able to ‘capture’ and read the content spread throughout cyberspace, be it positive or negative sentiments in Indonesian language and slang. Thus, companies can easily monitor the content related to the solution or service. This solution can quickly process structured and unstructured information into reports with an informative dashboard as a basis for strategic decision making in improving customer service.
