HR Organization Development (HR-OD)

Scope of works:

  • Process Performance Management process and implementation (set up KRA- KPI, description, measurement tools)
  • Provide Competency Profile, conduct competencies assessment, monitoring Individual Development Planning (IDP) implementation
  • Operate Talent Mapping in support of Career and Succession Planning program
  • Check job description, review process regularly with HR Head to align with current business process
  • Propose Job Evaluation for current positions and/or new positions, and the impact to the Organization Structure 
  • Propose annual and five-year OD Department plans and budget
  • Process and update structure organization

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree prefer majoring in Psychology or in any related field.
  • Have 2 years experience in Organization Development.
  • Have a good people skill dan time management, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of users required.
  • Fast learning and good analytical skill.
  • Good teamwork, and good communication skill.
  • Placement at Lippo Karawaci – Tangerang.
